![]() I again requested a supervisor and after another 5 minutes he placed me on another 15 minute hold, after which he again resumed the troubleshooting process ignoring that I requested for a supervisor. After 15 minutes he comes back on the line and picks right back up in the troubleshooting process as if no time had passed. I again reiterated that I wanted to speak to the supervisor, after some back and forth he said he was going to place me on a brief hold. At this point I requested to speak with a supervisor, to which he asked what it was in regards to, I explained that I needed to get this issue taken care of. I told him this and he continued to run me around in circles telling me to the do the same things I had already done. The process did not give me a reset code as it said the device was already registered to another owner and could not be reset. I followed the steps he prescribed to get a reset code that would supposedly factory reset the device. The Gentleman I chatted with continued to interrupt me when I was telling him the issue, and then asked me to repeat the issue 3 separate times. I called the customer support number to rectify this and they were useless. I connected the *** to a TV (the second option for setup) and tried to login and it said the device was already registered to another owner and also gave me the warning that there was no storage space available. When I tried to add the *** to the app it said the device had already been added, which I found strange since it was brand new out of the box. When I went to setup the device it asked that use the mobile app to finish the setup. ![]() I recently purchased the Night Owl 4 camera security system from Wal mart.
